Sharks Billiard League (Sharks) has launched its second arena in Tomas Morato, Quezon City, aiming to revive the sport and its players. The Sharks Great White Arena, located in Tomas Morato, Quezon City, is the League's biggest milestone and will host more local and international tournaments. The new arena will host three events per day for professional and amateur 9-Ball and 10-Ball players, as well as the upcoming Sharks International 9-ball Open. These events will be live streamed for free through the Sharks official website. The Sharks League aims to make the league a nationwide and worldwide phenomenon, with two arenas in Quezon City and an upcoming one in Manila. The new arena offers a professional setup and playing conditions, as praised by international pool player John Morra, who played against Sharks' rising star Marc Ejay Cunanan during the arena opening. World champion Francisco Sanchez Ruiz praised Sharks' efforts to host world-class tournaments in the Philippines, stating that competing at Sharks can improve a player's skills, particularly in kick shots and safety. The league also conducts tournaments featuring other renowned local billiard players, such as Southeast Asian nine-ball and international tournament medalists Johann Chua and Rubilen Amit.
